Robbers attack Church during Service In Ibadan

Reports reaching us have it that a gang of 7 armed robbers attacked a church in ibadan, Vine branch church,Yemetu Ibadan . According to an eye witness,the robbers arrived the church at about 12:30pm then told all members to face the ground.

Metronaija can authoritatively confirm that the roobers killed 2 policemen outside the church,the service was disrupted and robbers went away with money,phones and other items .

As of the time of this report,Some members sustained injuries and they have been rushed to a nearby hospital.

Rev Sola Kolade,the presiding pastor of the church was not hurt,the robbers spent only fifteen minutes in the church and members were asked to go home at about 12:50pm.

“I’m driven to do advocacy films because they address social issues, human angle and spiritual issues that borders on the kingdom. That explains why I might not be as visible as I was some years back.

According to the actor: You see, you cannot eat your cake and still have it. You cannot serve God and serve Marmon. You must clearly define where your stand. I have put my hands to the plow so I shouldn’t look back but that those not remove the fact that I’m still a career actor and film maker,” Okafor added.
